Five years ago, when I had just turned 16, I had the opportunity to attend my first show. It was the first ever Normalfest, and I remember it vividly. This experience sparked a vibrant light within a younger version of myself, a young me who lacked direction but possessed an undeniable love for creativity. At that moment, I was given a profound sense of purpose. It inspired me to explore all genres of music, share my artistic vision with the world, and honor myself and my community in every endeavor I pursue.
I continue to live within my purpose, so I am glad to share my gallery from Normalfest 11. I have attended every show but one and I have made it my mission to continue to capture these events. I consider these people my friends and I show my love, by showing my support.

I truly love the photos I got for this gallery. I am a little rusty; it has been a while since I photographed a show, but it is second nature at this point. What is new, though, is portraits. This was my first time using a flash set-up, and I’m in love with the results. I wish I could’ve gotten more portraits; everyone at the show looked so nice, but I’m happy with what I did get, and this will be something I will try again in the future.

Honestly, these photos came out amazing. I’m grateful for everyone who stepped in front of my camera. I got to try something new, got some amazing results, and once again captured a unique experience that I’m always glad to be apart of.

All of these were shot on a Canon RP.
I used a 50mm for Portraits & 85mm for my Show Photos.
My Flash is a Godox t850II
I used a trigger & bracket set up w/ a 37in umbrella.
